This week a woman involved in Iowa's first human trafficking case pleaded guilty to helping lure underage runaway girls into prostitution in Omaha and Sioux City.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Three local men, including a naval recruiter, are among four men accused of offering to pay to have sex with children. The four men were indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury as part of Operation Guardian Angel, an undercover investigation targeting child prostitution in the Kansas City area.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - A coalition of federal and local law enforcement agencies in Oregon targeted those who sexually exploit children through human trafficking as part of a nationwide crackdown this past weekend.
The FBI's Beth Ann Steele in Portland, says that during an overnight sting operation Thursday, February 19, 2009, dozens of agents, officers and deputies worked to rescue child victims of sex crimes while identifying the adults involved in the trafficking.
